Momma used to tell me, "When you eat something nice, you got to share with others!". Since it sounds impossible to share my plate on website, I got myself armed with a compact camera, taking some shots to share how fantastic the ice-cream I had last week!

Blame it to rising temperature in Austin, lately I have been eying on ice-cream for obvious reason. Three weeks in a row, I pampered myself with this sinful indulgence. Hugging pint after pint of ice-cream three weeks ago, then a packet of 8 cones vanilla ice-cream and the most recent irresistible temptation was landed with Mochi Ice cream.

Check out what happen?

Picture 1 - Life is like a box of ice-cream! You never know what you're gonna get.
A box of Mochi Icre Cream - red bean

Picture 2 - Oh! Interesting packaging, never cross my mind they are going to look like this. Aha..it is like solving a puzzle, where is the ice-cream? Am I getting a pastry or an ice-cream?
Have been so long since my last red bean ice cream

- Rewind to the picture on the box. It gives a clue. I am taking a bite. Woo...awesome, impeccable, fantastic, delicious, yummy!

How large each of this mochi ice-cream? Measuring a diameter of roughly 2 quarters! Ain't that large to pop into my mouth but I am not doing that in order to have a longer moments enjoying this precious ice-cream ball.
A size of two-quarter

- Check the label, trying to figure out how could it be soooo nice!

Some facts:
Product of USA. Manufactured by Mikawaya.
Ice-cream was made of cream, skim milk, water, sugar, corn syrup, nonfat dry milk, artificial flavor, red beans, stabilizer [mono and diglycerides, guar gum, cellulose gum], beet juice and caramel for color.
Coating includes sugar, rice flour, water, pasteurized egg whites, corn syrup, wheat flour, beet juice and caramel for color.

Picture 6 - Price and where to get it?
Address of Han Yang Korean Market or grocery store in Austin
A box costs US$4.99 at Han Yang Market - a Korean grocery store at N. Lamar

In case one of you wish to buy a box to try, there are other flavors as well. If not mistaken, I saw vanilla and green tea as well. I am not only not regret getting the red bean but simply love them very much. Double thumbs up!

p.s. This is not a promotional material, neither you get a discount nor I get a single penny if you mention mywisewife.com to the cashier at Han Yang Market Wink.

Anyway, my momma said "A smile to stranger will not do any harm." Laughing
