 Most Malaysians were panic upon hearing the breaking news of fuel price increase; in fact it was the highest hike in Malaysia history. Petrol price hits RM2.70 an increased of 40% from RM1.92. Meanwhile diesel cost is RM1 higher at RM2.58 with 60% raise. Phew! Last Wednesday, thousands of motorists made a bee line at the gas station to enjoy the last chance of price below RM2 mark before the clock ticked midnight on 4 June 2008.  I hope Malaysians do not be too upset about the fuel price hike. If 'CRISIS' is written in Chinese word, it is made of two characters; 'danger' and 'opportunity'. Danger or challenges are ahead but we should not stop looking for solutions or opportunity. In my opinion, cycling culture is worth investing for fellow Malaysians. Talking about bicycle, most of us choose to picture the problems. Not to worry, every problem does have an answer. |

Like you I had plenty of doubts at the beginning to understand about global warming, environmentalism and those big words published on news headlines. Is 'Global Warming' merely a myth or another political agenda? Aren't sure what to begin with but I remember my teacher said 'Asking questions is the best way to learn'.

 Imagine that one day when we woke up from sleep, we see the hazy red color skyline. The air particle is visible and the smell of smoky air is extremely strong. We rush to the bathroom, turn on the tap and the water flowing is yellowish brown like the color of plain tea we used to drink. Yikes! Then, as we walk out from our apartment, vision is blurred, the sun is glaring and hardly any shades as there are only a handful of trees. Foot steps on the road are apparent made on thick dust.  Have you thought of who is your friend? Friends are not
simply anybody that we mingle with. They could be our saviors and they could
also be the devils. Associate with the wise, and they have plenty to give and
share. Watch out for the fools as they will be ones leading us to unhealthy
