If you were traveling on the Peninsular Malaysia's North-South Highway (E1), take exit 139 to Ipoh. Recognized easily, the city of Ipoh is surrounded by limestone caves, mountains and hills. At certain spots with the early morning mist, it sometimes looks like Guilin in China. A clean and beautiful city! The bonus for foodies here, there are plenty of nice food for you to explore!

After our meal at Lou Wang, we headed to Funny Mountain, just a block away along Jalan Dato' Tahwil Azar (Road). In fact, we saw Funny Mountain before we found Lou Wang Restaurant. What strike us was we suddenly noticed there were so many people at a little corner. As we were getting nearer, those folks were actually standing and queuing to get either a glass of soy bean milk drink or a bowl of bean curd ('Tao Fu Fa' as called in Cantonese).

Standing right in front of Funny Mountain, I saw a man with motorcycle helmet waiting in a queue of at least 4-5 persons. My SO asked for two glasses of soy bean milk. If I were not having lunch before, I will definately try the lovely soy bean curd.

Funny Mountain is a corner stall behind a shop lot of less than 10 feet width's facade but the customers kept coming non-stop. Drive-through service is definitely a plus point to attracts more customers so that these folks could enjoy the drinks in their car. Going extra miles to 'wow' the customers!
