Recommended by a friend of mine a few months ago, I aimed to dine at Italiannies on my next visit to KL (Kuala Lumpur). The day finally arrived and we settled for the one at The Curve Mutiara Damansara on Christmas Day last year.

Located on the ground floor at Western Courtyard, the facade of Italiannies portrays Continental style with wooden furniture and checkered table cloths. We entered and then greeted by a friendly waitress who led us to a cozy corner on mezzanine. 

Lighted up with chandeliers and down lights, tuned with Christmas carols in the air, the restaurant appealed a relaxing ambiance to dine. Paintings and old photographs are among the decoration on its wall that gives a homely feeling. I really love the theme here: So Much, So Good, So Share!

Italiannies Restaurant features mainly Italian cuisine ranging from pizza to pasta. Among the all time favorites are Spinach & Artichoke Formaggio, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Roasted Chicken Italiannies, Pasta, Pizza and Tiramisu.

After we got seated, we were served with a complimentary set of freshly baked Foccacia and Tuscan bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

For small eaters, please be warned that Italianies serves a relatively huge portion. Go with a big group if you are the type that like to try everything of a bit. Otherwise, make a gradual order. 

Garlic Chicken Pizza - the crust was thin and the toppings were good!

Salmon Fettucine as the name indicates, arrived with cubes of fresh salmon and tomato. The white sauce was thick of creamy aroma. Truly a sumptuous meal!

I've been going to italian continental cuisine for years. It always meets expectations and the service is always great. Almost anything you order there is solid--the pad thai, the bbq quesodillas, the sushi rolls, cheesesteak egg rolls--all good stuff. The drinks are on point too! An incredibly good value for the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere.you can add restaurant ..thanks................
