 Seafood is a common cuisine served back in my hometown, Penang (Malaysia) as it is an island surrounded by sea. The only reason I less frequented the seafood restaurants back in my home country is because my Significant Other does not fancy the crustaceans, shrimps or even molluscs.  Kemah is a town in Galveston County situated about 30 miles from Houston Downtown. Originally, the town is called 'Evergreen' which was established in 1898 after Texas & New Orleans Railroad extended track lines through this area. The new town however was destroyed by hurricane two years later and it was rebuilt in 1901. That was when 'Kemah' was born.  No visit to Space Center Houston is complete without touring Rocket Park. Located outdoor and accessible from indoor building of Space Center Houston, it can be reached by taking a short tram ride there. When we were there last month on 4th Saturday of October, it happened to be organizing JSC Open House.  For a typical Chinese, no matter which city they are visiting, it is always comforting to take a peek at Chinatown. Partly, Chinatown serves as a resourceful venue to stock up their daily food supplies that may not easily found in a typical grocery stores in United States.  I believe "Houston...The Eagle has landed" is a very meaningful phrase to mankind. Indicating human's advancement in space technology and moon exploration!
