Their commitment stated aloud 'We travel the globe to bring you only the freshest and finest products. And that’s just the beginning', Central Market is the place to be to experience the fine raw or edible food with huge array of choices for each type of produce. Taking tomato for instance, there are almost a dozen variations to pick from. I was totally insane looking at the options available of different shapes, sizes and even shades! They do have alternatives from organic farms as well.

Central Market claims they bring the fresh pieces right from the sources in Texas and around the globe. Therefore, you might be seeing potatoes from Peru or coffee beans from Colombia as well.

Of all colors and shades for apple alone!
If you are new in town and intend to get some specialty produce or specific ingredients which aren't available at the nearest groceries store, Central Market can be an avenue to solve your puzzle.
Onion and garlic families are here
Talking about fish or meat and even poultry, I personally find pretty good choices at Central Market especially the fresh fillets (as I love fish). For ground turkey alone, there are ground breast and ground thigh, not yet including the rest which are sold as a whole bird or by part and pieces.

Besides, Central Market does not forget the household items as well to compliment the food they offer. Baking and cooking accessories are taking up a few stretch of shelves.

On top of that, Central Market also provides a self-service cafe in case you get hungry while shopping there! Free live band music performance takes place on the patio next to cafe every Friday and Saturday from 6:30 to 9:00 pm. On Sunday, October through May, music is from 12:30 to 3:00 pm. June through September Sunday music is 6:30 to 9:00 pm. Rain or shine, the live music is going to entertain you!
We didn't leave empty handed...
Cooking class with some fees is also offered and if you would like to enroll, check out more detail at Central Market website here. In fact, they offer a cooking school with opportunity to learn from the culinary experts!
I think this is creative - a bit touching though!
Personally, Central Market is the place for me to acquire 'luxurious' supplies that cost doubled or more in the country where I came from. Being here at Central Market is like a heaven for me to stock some lovely strawberries in my fridge. During sale, a box that weighted 16 oz. (@453g) of strawberries cost only two bucks! So does the Broccoli Crowns, it costs as low as 50 cents for two medium stalks! Acting as a venue more or less like an indoor farmer's market, I can shop comfortably in less crowded  atmosphere comparatively at any day of the week. For certain product of better quality, the price may be slightly higher but eventually the quality and freshness that counts.

Happy shopping!
