It seems if I compute 'Chinatown Austin' in Google search box, they are showing a list of restaurants and 'Chinatown' is the restaurant's name! Earlier I was a little confused but now it is crystal clear that Austinites do have some sort like a 'modern' and clean Chinatown Center.
Austin Chinatown Center along North Lamar
Gods of Prosperity and Longevity?
Slight influenced of Chinese architecture
In fact in Austin, it is called Chinatown Center. Since its opening in September 2006, the local folks in Austin do not need to drive to Dallas or Houston to get the Asian stuff they love anymore. Located at the intersection of N. Lamar Blvd. and Kramer Ln., Chinatown Center presents to you the largest Asian grocery in Austin and Central Texas.
MT Supermarket - right in the center
Shop for Asian grocery in Austin
From durian, longan, fresh dates, anchovies, salted fish, wolfberries, 'Milo' (Oriental's chocolate beverage), curry powder to even 'agar agar' (jelly); you name it and they got it for you. Most products are reasonably priced but perhaps less competitive for unpopular items. Their cost could be slightly higher compares to Asian markets in Dallas or Houston,  but reckoning the time and effort spent on the road, MT Supermarket at Chinatown Center is the solution for Austinites if you are searching for something particularly Asian!
Business Center
MT Supermarket seems to provide thousands variation of authentic food products from Asia regions mainly from Vietnam, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea and Philippines whether it is fresh, frozen, dried, canned, bottled or packet food. Occupying an area of 55,000 sq ft, the interior of MT Supermarket is trolley friendly with spacious alleys to browse. Somehow, it reminds me of Sunshine Square Supermarket back in my hometown Penang though (but MT is obviously much larger)!

As the name says, Chinatown Center is also aimed to provide other business opportunities and bring people to visit this one stop commercial center. There are two stretches of shop houses, parallel and facing each other with some restaurants serving Korean, Vietnamese and Chinese on top of the staple Tex-Mex flavors as well. You may also get to do your banking or a hair cut here while your spouse is in MT Supermarket for grocery shopping.
Pho Saigon - a Vietnamese restaurant at Chinatown Center
Apart from the huge grocery store, Chinatown Center also serves as the venue to organize Asian festivals like Chinese New Year and Moon Festival. I am keeping my fingers crossed, hoping to be there for Moon Festival (@ Mid Autumn Festival) which falls on 3 October this year and will be reporting soon again to you!

Milo is an American drink, not a particularly "Oriental" one. IT's made by Nestle and is sold in normal US groceries.

Milo is originated from Australia. Some interesting facts:
1. Malaysians were said to be the world’s largest consumers of Milo;
2. Availability of Milo in North America is rather limited and is an imported product only.
